Thanks for using mydocs! This document explains how to get help, report problems, and understand what kind of support is available.

Getting Help

  • Questions & Discussions
    Use the GitHub Discussions tab (if enabled) or open a general issue with the label question.

  • Bug Reports
    Please open a GitHub Issue with:

    • Clear description of the problem
    • Steps to reproduce
    • Expected vs. actual behavior
    • Screenshots or logs if relevant
  • Feature Requests
    Submit an issue labeled enhancement. Describe the use case and why it would help.

Security Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability:

See our SECURITY.md for full details.

Supported Versions

We actively support:

  • The latest release (main branch)
  • The most recent stable version (see Releases)

Older versions may not receive fixes except for critical security patches.

Response Times

  • General issues: within 5 business days
  • Security reports: within 48 hours
  • Pull requests: reviewed within 7 business days

Community Help

This is an open-source project. While we try to respond quickly, community members are encouraged to:

  • Answer questions in Discussions
  • Review and test pull requests
  • Share tips and solutions
